Website Terms of Use 

1. The use of any materials and services on the Website is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The materials and services on the Website are intended solely for lawful purposes.
2. The User has the right at their own discretion to study the materials and services of the Website, order and purchase goods and/or services offered on the Website.
3. The User agrees to use the Website without violating the property and/or non-property rights of third parties, as well as prohibitions and restrictions established by applicable law, including without limitation: copyright and related rights, rights to trademarks, service marks and appellations of origin, rights to industrial designs, rights to use human images, as well as any actions that result or may result in the violation of the normal work of the Website and Website services, in particular using programs for interference or attempted interference in the normal operation of the Website.
4. Use of Website materials without the copyright holder's consent is not allowed. Lawful use of materials on the Website requires the consent of the Website Administrator or copyright holder of the materials.
5. If technically possible, the User may leave comments and other entries on the Website. The User guarantees that his/her comments or other submissions do not violate any applicable law and do not contain any unlawful, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, criminal, or otherwise objectionable material, material that advocates a cult of violence or cruelty, material that contains, or is likely to be found guilty of, or that encourages the commission of acts that would constitute a crime, or that are otherwise unacceptable. The Website Administration is not obliged to moderate the materials and records on the Website left by the Users. The User is solely and fully responsible for the comments on the Website entries left by the User.
6. Website Administrator is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the Website, the User follows the links contained on the Website to external resources, at his discretion and at his own risk.
7. The User agrees that the Website Administration is not responsible to the User in connection with any possible or arising losses or damages associated with any content of the Website, goods or services available on the Site or obtained through external websites or resources, or other contacts of the User, which he had entered into using the information posted on the Website or links to external resources.
8. By providing any form of personal data (registration on the website, ordering, subscription to mailing lists, etc.) the User agrees to the processing of personal data by the Website Administration in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 No.152-FZ. Processing of personal data of the User is regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Privacy Policy of the Website.
9. The Website Administrator may at any time unilaterally, without any notice to the User, change the content of the Website, as well as modify the terms of this Agreement. Such changes will take effect when the new version of the Agreement is posted on this page. The current version of the Agreement is always located on this page. To avoid disputes about changes in the Agreement, the Website Administrator recommends that you periodically review the Agreement's contents, located on this page. If the User disagrees with the changes made, they must refuse to use the Website.
10. The Website Administrator has the right to unilaterally restrict User access to the Website if it is reasonable to believe that the User is engaged in unlawful activity. In addition, the administrator has the right to remove Users' materials at the request of authorized public authorities or interested parties if these materials violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.
11. The Website Administrator and the User are responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of his/her obligations under the Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The Website Administrator is not responsible for technical failures on the Website; however, the Website Administrator undertakes to take all reasonable measures to prevent such failures.
12. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
13. All data placed or hosted on this Website is on equipment located in the Russian Federation.
14. The administrator has the right to terminate the Website and partially or completely discontinue access to the site until the necessary technical maintenance and (or) modernization of the Website.
15. By taking action to accept this Agreement (offer), the User guarantees that they have read, agrees, fully, and unconditionally accepts all the terms of the Agreement as a whole and undertakes to comply with them.
